This Rainbow Matte Black Cabinet Gate Mesh Fireplace Door is made specifically to fit a 35" wide x 21" tall fireplace opening.
Instead of glass, this door uses two cabinet-style mesh gates. That makes it a practical choice for compatible prefab fireplaces and vent-free gas log applications where the front of the fireplace needs to remain open.
The matte black aluminum frame mounts inside the firebox opening, giving the fireplace a clean, finished appearance without covering the outside face.
The frame measures 1-1/16" wide x 1-1/4" deep with an 8-degree tapered profile. It arrives fully assembled with comfort-grip handles and mounting hardware.
And yes, fully assembled is always good news. Fireplace projects already provide enough opportunities to stare at hardware and wonder where that extra screw came from.
