Returns and Refund Policy

At Nadia's Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with the product, we do offer returns under the following conditions:

  1. Shipping Costs
    Any returns will have the original outgoing shipping cost deducted from your refund, even if you initially received free shipping as part of your purchase. We offer free shipping as a courtesy, but in case of a return, the actual shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund amount.

  2. Restocking Fees
    Products may be subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on the manufacturer. These fees are set by the manufacturers themselves, not by Nadia's Shop. We do not create these fees, but they will be deducted from your refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.

  3. Return Eligibility
    Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received them. Return requests must be made within 10 Days of receiving the product.

  4. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact me by email [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us. The cost of shipping and restocking fee for returns will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Refund Process
    Refunds will be issued after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to be processed.

Checkout and Payment

Nadia's Shop is affiliated with CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces DBA Fireplace Doors Online. All checkout processes, including payments, will be handled by CJ’s Home Decor. Please note that your order receipt and credit card statement will reflect CJ's Home Decor as the merchant.
